Top Producing Real Estate Team in Orange and Seminole Counties. My Team has helped thousands of people buy and sell residential and commercial properties.
Born in Upstate New York and living there for the first 13 years of her life, Julie relocated to the Orlando area with her parents and 7 brothers and sisters. The transition from frigid cold and snow to sunny Florida was a welcome one, and her love for the communities in and around Orlando was immediate. She attended Seminole County Public Schools and graduated from Seminole High School in Sanford. After graduating, Julie got married and had three wonderful children.
Her early start in the industry and strong ties to the Orlando area has proven to be imperative to her success in the real estate markets of Orlando and surrounding cities. The decision to work in real estate was a leap of faith for Julie. She jumped right into her job as a real estate paralegal with enthusiasm. Handling the legal side of commercial and residential real estate transactions also piqued her interest in sales, and she obtained her real estate license in 1988 and has been helping sellers, buyers and investors in the Orlando real estate market ever since.
Her decision to open her own EXIT Realty offices came after 14 years of working as an on-site agent in new home construction communities and as a general residential Realtor with Higgins & Heath Realty/Better Homes and Gardens, and RE/MAX. Julie opened her own EXIT Realty offices in Orange and Seminole Counties in 2002. After several years, she also became the Regional Owner of Franchise Sales for EXIT Realty in North Texas. Spending 4+ years travelling back and forth between Texas and Florida, and managing all of her offices in both states, the market started to change so Julie shifted her focus to working with a smaller team and really concentrating on what she loves most about real estate: helping sellers sell high, buyers and investors buy low and all to achieve their real estate dreams and goals.
Having lived in Orlando, Winter Park, Winter Springs, Sanford and now in Oviedo has afforded Julie the opportunity to build strong relationships and create raving fans from which she now draws a lot of repeat business and referrals.
Julie makes it her commitment to always put her clients first. Julie is focused, driven and fearless in her negotiating skills. Her strong, vast and creative advertising skills bring the right sellers and buyers together, and her communication agreement will ensure that her clients are connected to the process from start to finish. Julie’s optimistic attitude never allows an ever-changing market to become a problem for her but rather, yet another opportunity and cause for excitement!
When Julie’s not excelling as a real estate professional in the Orlando area, she’s actively involved in local community activities such as the Oviedo/Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce, and Habitat for Humanity. She loves spending time in worship and activities at St. Margaret Mary Church in Winter Park. Julie has been a member of and involved with the Florida Association of Realtors, the Orlando Regional Realtors’ Association, and the National Association of Realtors for 25 years. Julie also supports other very worthy causes for the cure of all cancer, diabetes and MS.
Julie relishes her family time! She also enjoys working out, relaxing at the beach, traveling, reading, gardening and taking a long, leisurely ride with her husband on their Harley Davidson.
In a constantly changing and challenging real estate market, Julie and her Team's passion for real estate and helping people get what they want remains steadfast. Having extensive knowledge of the Central Florida real estate market, Julie's Team takes pride in staying abreast of current trends and market conditions in order to provide the absolute best service to her clients.
